Circuit Training / Boot Camp:

Circuit training is a class with a mixture of exercises from push up's to squats and even cardio. So not only do you build up your fitness levels and muscle tone you build confidence and can even make new friends. But this is not your average circuit class we have more of a Boot Camp approach to it and with the unique exercises we do, in these classes we do GUARANTEE RESULTS!!!  Each class is £5 pounds at usual rate. But for the first 6 weeks it is a a special inductory rate which is £3 pound for the first 6 weeks, it will then go back to £5 pounds. All exersices will have two to three different difficulty levels ranging from easy, meduim and hard. The way I will start the class is once your all there and ready is I will show you the exersices and give you a demo of them even the different variations of them, then we start the warm up and get you limber so you can then stretch and then on with the circuit. Each station will last 2 minutes long I will then tell you to change, but some exersices will need for you to change after the first minute so you do each side level or you can swap after every rep, then after the circuit your warm down and stretch so you don't get as stiff or hurt any muscles. The whole class lasts an hour. But I do advise only do what you can to your level so if you need to sit down for moment or two then please do and then get back into it when your ready. But the best thing for you to wear to the class is track suit bottoms, loose t-shirt and trainers, plus bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated and a little towel if you like. But before you start I will ask you to fill out a medical form so that I know if I need to make any changes to help you so you can benefit from the class. Plus it's for legal reasons.
