Personal Training:

Personal training is a 1 on 1 basis. The first part is the consultation which is where we sit down and find out what your goals are and what to do to achieve them. The next part is to take body measurements, height, weight and flexibility. This way we can see what you start with and then see how you improve on it. After that we will meet up at the gym every session and going through your personalized workout regime and seeing what weight/intensity you can handle. I will be with you every session to guide, help and motivate you so you can improve and reach your goals. My main goal for any of my clients is for me to motivate them to help them reach that goal I am there to incourage you and let you know how well your doing plus I will always make sure your doing the exercise with the right posture or in the correct way. That way I can monitor and follow your progress. And I will always give hints and tips in how to make it easier, harder or better for you depending on what your goals are. But every 12 weeks we will check your progress and see how well you are doing and see what we can work on, because you may set a new goal that you want to reach and that way we can changes things around, better suited to that new goal. But every workout will be fresh and intense, as every week will be a different training phase and so that way the muscles don't get board. What i mean by that is that the muscle do get board of the same old routine so you have to change it so that you can actually achieve what you want to achieve, it's just like if you did the same thing day in day out you would eventually get board. So it's the same for muscles it has to be changed so it's fresh and new. And like I said I know what it takes to get results you want . Plus plenty of experience and knowledge to help and guide you in the right direction.

Consultations - Free

Personal training single session - £30

Personal training double session - £60

Block sessions vary depending on the amount i.e. 6 sessions £180 but discounts are available for block sessions and special offers like introduce a friend then get one session for half price & introduce two then get a free session.
